Reynald Grattagliano, a perfumer and self-made scientist, established Beyond Spirits in 2021 with a clear goal of addressing climate change through innovative means. The company’s roots in sustainability are evident, as it introduced its first plant-based alcohol-free liquor substitute as early as 2011.
